The Growth Garden Therapy & Wellness offers counseling for children ages 8 and up, teens and adults. Services may include individual therapy, child and teen counseling, parental collaboration, and consultation services for schools, child care centers, preschools, and community organizations.

Yes. Secure telehealth counseling is available for clients who are physically located in Texas at the time of session.
In person sessions may be available on a case by case basis (Weekends Only). The office is located in the Cypress, Texas area. Availability for in person sessions can be discussed during the Initial consultation call.

The Growth Garden Therapy & Wellness is currently private pay only and does not accept insurance at this time. Private pay allows for more privacy, flexibility, and control over your care. A superbill may be available upon request, but reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your insurance provider.

Fees will be discussed during the initial consultation call and listed in the intake paperwork before services begin. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise discussed.

The first session is a time for us to begin getting to know one another. We will review your intake information, talk about what brings you to therapy, discuss your goals, and begin exploring how support can be most helpful for you. You do not have to have everything figured out before starting. We can begin with where you are.

Yes. I work with children ages 8 and up, preteens, and teens who may be experiencing anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, school related concerns, identity development, family changes, behavior concerns, or difficulty expressing their feelings. Parent or caregiver involvement may be included when appropriate.

Parent and caregiver involvement is often an important part of the counseling process, especially for children and younger teens. The level of involvement depends on the child’s age, needs, goals, and the nature of the concerns. We will talk together about what makes the most sense for your family.

At this time, The Growth Garden Therapy & Wellness does not offer family counseling. We are working to thoughtfully expand our services in the future, so please check back for updates.
If you are seeking support for your child or teen, parent and caregiver involvement may still be included as part of the counseling process when appropriate.

Telehealth counseling is available only when the client is physically located in Texas at the time of the session. If you are outside of Texas, I may not be able to provide counseling services, but I can discuss general options during the consultation call.

Yes. The Growth Garden Therapy & Wellness offers consultation and workshops for schools, child care centers, preschools, youth programs, parents, caregivers, and community groups. Topics may include social emotional learning, emotional regulation, student wellness, parent and child communication, behavior support, staff wellness, and trauma informed care.

Yes, therapy is confidential with some legal and ethical exceptions. These exceptions include concerns related to safety, abuse or neglect, court orders, or risk of harm to self or others. Confidentiality will be reviewed in detail before services begin.

All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be completed through the Client Portal at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests sent by text message, phone call, voicemail, or email will not be accepted.

You can request a free 10 minute consultation through the website. After the consultation, if we decide to move forward, you will receive access to the client portal to complete intake documents before your first session.
